Data Analyst - Coquitlam
About The Position
Factors Group is a local and fast-growing manufacturing and health and wellness company seeking a Data Analyst. In this role, you will have a direct and meaningful impact on business growth within a collaborative and continuous improvement environment. You will have the opportunity to assist with the migration to Fabric and work on projects you are passionate about, while building your skills and advancing your career. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work model, located at 2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC. The salary range is $75,000 – $90,000 per annum.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business Systems Analysis, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, including data modeling and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Power Query (DAX/LOD).
- Working knowledge of t-SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience working with diverse data sources, including databases, cloud platforms, and APIs.
Nice To Haves
- Python is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple business systems to support informed decision-making.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and improve reporting solutions.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Support data governance initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality and accessibility.
