About The Position

The Data Analyst supports Genworth business teams by facilitating timely, accurate, and secure access to operational data. The role manages data requests submitted through ServiceNow, translates business needs into clear data requirements, and retrieves information from multiple databases and source systems. Working across business, analytics, technology, and data teams, the analyst coordinates requests from intake through delivery, executes and modifies SQL queries, validates results, and maintains documentation throughout the request lifecycle. The role calls for strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests with competing priorities. The initial focus is fulfilling and triaging data requests. As the role develops, the analyst will help standardize recurring requests, transition repeatable manual work into reusable queries, reporting solutions, and automated processes, and contribute to Operations Analytics initiatives that improve business visibility and decision-making. The position is available remotely to applicants residing in the listed states and locations under Eastern or Central Standard Time. Employees residing within 50 miles of a Genworth | CareScout office must follow a hybrid schedule, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday and working hours targeting core business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
