About The Position

This role involves working with key stakeholders to document and understand requirements for master data management. The Data Analyst will perform detailed analysis to support business requirements and maintenance activities, coordinating with business users, data stewards, and technical resources. Responsibilities include monitoring and investigating data quality and consistency issues, documenting and reporting on identified issues, creating and executing mitigation plans, and managing ticket workflows for efficient issue resolution.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong SQL and data exploration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other analysis-heavy discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
3-5 years of experience in data management or analytics roles

Nice To Haves

Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts is preferred.
Working experience with modern data platforms and reporting tools is also preferred.
