About The Position

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a curious, technically grounded Data Analyst to join their medical strategy team. Requirements

Demonstrated coding experience in at least one general-purpose language (Python strongly preferred)
Foundational knowledge of relational database concepts (schemas, indexing, data types)
Hands-on experience using AI tools — such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — to accelerate development, automate tasks, or build lightweight applications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong skills in Excel and data manipulation.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical questions and translate them into structured data requests
Develop scripts and small applications that integrate AI/LLM APIs for data processing, summarization, or reporting tasks
Build and automate repeatable analysis workflows
Document code, methodologies, and data definitions so work is reproducible and maintainable
Apply statistical techniques to interpret patterns, test hypotheses, and surface actionable findings
