Requirements

  • Excellent SQL Skills. Capability to manipulate data from multiple tables while keeping the data integrity (4-6 years)
  • Creativity with a User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (2-3 years)
  • Business Operations Fluency. Capability to understand and root cause a business problem.
  • A Supply Chain background, preferably with Last Mile Delivery or Parcel Deliveries experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct ad-hoc analyses to quickly inform critical business decisions.
  • Create ETLs or processes that pull data from multiple places and centralize it in one table.
  • Develop data visualization to monitor and quantify the impact of changes and unique business challenges.
  • Engage with team members and cross-functional teams on a periodic basis and establish credibility.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with them to share relevant information. This includes partnering with Operations, Finance and Product teams on data accuracy, completeness and latency across multiple operations and systems
