Requirements

  • 6+ years of Business domain experience as a Data Analyst, including experience with client-facing products.
  • Strong SQL skills in relational and non-relational database environments.
  • Working knowledge of data modelling, schema structure, data mapping, and data transformation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in Iterative Delivery and/or Agile, working with multiple partners, internal and external technology vendors as applicable, potentially in different time zones.
  • Strong communication, organization, management, and people skills; ability to communicate and present clearly to senior management, executives, and project teams.
  • Experience managing several technical projects simultaneously and the ability to thrive in ambiguity, both situational and procedural.
  • High-level understanding of system architecture, technical dependencies, and integration points across services.
  • Working understanding of technical solution architecture from a product delivery perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and current state processes to produce IT requirements.
  • Manage several technical projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate and present clearly to senior management, executives, and project teams.
