We’re looking for a detail-oriented and mission-driven data analyst to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights that influence everything from program design to operational efficiency. This is a key role on a growing team that values both excellence and impact.

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator who can simplify complex data for non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus but not required
Passion for travel, service, youth development, or humanitarian work is a bonus

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets or BI platforms
Create and build surveys for data collection and analysis using Qualtrics
Collaborate with teams across HXP to translate data into actionable insights
Monitor key metrics and report trends to support strategic decisions
Perform ad hoc data analysis to support teams
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to trip ratings and other organizational data
Continuously improve data processes and recommend automation where applicable
