About The Position

As a Data Analyst within the Product Engineering family, you will hold the keys to transforming raw information into the strategic compass that guides our entire organization. Reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics, your mission is to leverage company-wide data to generate actionable insights and build beautiful visualizations that enhance performance across the business. You will act as a critical collaborator with the Data team, serving as a vital contributor to our core data-driven decision-making processes while ensuring the ultimate accuracy and reliability of our data. Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting, showing a passion for solving business problems through data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with a proficiency in data visualization tools and their advanced functionalities (experience with Snowflake is a big plus!).
  • Deep expertise in statistical analysis, data pivots, predictive modeling, and designing scalable data solutions.
  • High attention to detail, a detail-oriented mindset, and an unyielding commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality.
  • A self-motivated, proactive individual with a collaborative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by process improvement and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to deliver analytical insights effectively to diverse, cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manipulate and analyze various complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and support key business decisions across the company.
  • Design and deploy interactive dashboards using advanced data visualization tools to clearly visualize data and track performance metrics.
  • Partner closely with the Data team and cross-functional teams across the organization to deeply understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Conduct advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, correlation analysis, and statistical evaluations to identify upcoming trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Implement rigorous data validation and governance processes to maintain the absolute highest standards of data accuracy and reliability.
  • Reverse engineer data requirements to help Data Engineers streamline and automate data collection, processing, and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve business strategies, delivering findings through effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Query and manage databases with precision, utilizing tools and languages like SQL and Snowflake to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
  • Continuously refine and improve reporting systems and workflows to align seamlessly with evolving business needs.
