About The Position

Oracle Life Sciences seeks a Data Analyst to join our oncology team. This role will work closely with survey data and other complex datasets and contribute to high-quality deliverables that support oncology market insights and strategic decision-making. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn. This person will support the team by becoming familiar with our physician surveys and how our oncology datasets are structured, helping input key data points into models and deliverables, and performing careful quality control to ensure outputs accurately reflect source datasets. This role requires strong execution, flexibility, and a team-first mindset. The successful candidate will enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in completing tasks thoroughly, and help create consistency, efficiency, and trust across team workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, life sciences, public health, data analytics, mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the oncology domain, including healthcare or life sciences data
  • Experience working with epidemiology datasets
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High proficiency and comfort working in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Exposure to Python or other coding tools
  • Familiarity with Codex or AI-assisted coding/workflow tools
  • Prior experience working with structured datasets, data QC, research deliverables, or analytics projects
