About The Position

The Analytics team at ParetoHealth operates at the intersection of healthcare data, business strategy, and decision-making. The team utilizes rich medical, pharmacy, stoploss, and business datasets to generate insights that influence product strategy, client outcomes, underwriting, and internal operations. The team collaborates closely with various stakeholders to translate questions into actions, fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization within a culture of collaboration, shared responsibility, mutual respect, and growth. This role is designed for an experienced, analytically sophisticated individual contributor who excels in the space between data science and traditional BI analytics. As a Data Analyst, you will partner closely with Data Scientists and cross-functional stakeholders to address complex, ambiguous analytical problems, with a focus on operationalizing and maintaining solutions. You will contribute to analyses end-to-end, emphasizing long-term sustainability and enterprise-wide utilization of solutions. This role is not focused on building predictive models or machine learning systems for production and does not include people management responsibilities. Success in this role is achieved through analytic rigor, a deep interest in efficiency and standardization, and the ability to transform complex data into decisions. You will report to the VP of Analytics.
