About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The role involves supporting clients through the onboarding of a new tool, managing the process, and handling ad hoc requests. This position has both client-facing and data-focused responsibilities. The team is currently building an onboarding tool with an estimated go-live date of July. You will be responsible for data mapping and analysis to support Asset Consolidation requests. This includes meeting with clients and data providers to understand data models and schemas, mapping data into a standard template, and conducting additional analysis. You will also manage client expectations throughout the Asset Consolidation process, providing support from data analysis and paperwork generation to account opening and transfer. The role requires managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and flexibility to handle ad hoc requests.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience
Data Analysis
Data Mapping/Schema
Client Support
3+ years of experience in data modelling/analysis

Nice To Haves

Financial services experience is a big plus
Client facing experience is a plus
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Python knowledge is a plus
Power Query knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Support clients through onboarding of new tool, including ad hoc requests
Map data into the tool
