About The Position

This role focuses on leveraging data to provide actionable insights within the construction industry. The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, particularly in Power BI, to support financial and operational decision-making. Key responsibilities include data modeling, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating findings to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Construction industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, including Field and/or Service operations
  • Strong understanding of cost codes and how they are used in project tracking and financial reporting
  • Proven experience building Power BI reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the backend of Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, data sources, DAX, Power Query, and reporting automation
  • Experience developing KPI reporting for finance and operational teams
  • Experience integrating data from ERP systems, enterprise applications, and other business platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive leadership
  • Experience ensuring data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency
  • Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours
