About The Position

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance data quality, structure, and analytical processes throughout the organization. This role is crucial for enabling reliable reporting and informed decision-making, particularly supporting finance, demand planning, commercial teams, and cross-functional operations. The individual will manage data flow between systems, identify data gaps and inefficiencies, and develop scalable datasets and reporting infrastructure. As Hourglass expands, accurate and integrated data is essential for effective planning, resource allocation, and serving retail and DTC channels. In the initial 90 days, the Data Analyst will gain a comprehensive understanding of Hourglass's data landscape, pinpoint critical data quality issues, and establish themselves as a key partner to Finance, Demand Planning, Commercial Sales, and IT. Within six months, they are expected to improve the reliability of key reports and begin automating and documenting routine processes. Hourglass Cosmetics is a vegan and cruelty-free luxury beauty brand, known for high-performance products and innovative formulas. Founded in 2004, the brand is available in 32 markets and over 4,600 locations worldwide. Hourglass became part of the Unilever Prestige division in 2017.
