About The Position

Impact Scale is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to support business operations by gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience working with data, identifying trends, developing reports, and providing actionable insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst, business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on business performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and operational initiatives.
  • Assist in developing forecasts, business models, and performance analyses.
  • Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor operational enhancements.
  • Document business processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
  • Support projects by gathering requirements, tracking progress, and analyzing results.
  • Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
