If you are tech-savvy, data-driven, client focused, and solutions oriented this brand is for you!Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical and emerging data engineering skills to support reporting, analytics, and scalable data workflows across the organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze data, develop automated reporting solutions, support cloud-based data pipelines, and help maintain reliable data infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a proactive, critical thinker who takes ownership of problems end-to-end, communicates findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and is comfortable working with SQL, Python, basic machine learning concepts, cloud data warehouses, and automation tools while continuing to grow technical engineering capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, internships, or relevant academic projects
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, automation (e.g., pandas) and modeling (scikit-learn)
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, tree-based models, and model evaluation
  • Understanding data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Write clean and maintainable SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting, data workflows, and scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
  • Investigate analytical problems rather than simply fulfilling reporting requests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing reporting, automation, and analytical workflows.
  • Develop hypotheses, validate findings using data, and communicate actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to evaluate model performance, identify root causes of issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct quality assurance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and pipelines.
  • Take ownership of analytical projects from data exploration through implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
