About The Position

Mojo Supermarket is seeking a curious Data & Analytics Analyst to join their team. This role involves measuring performance across client accounts by analyzing campaign, social, platform, audience, and cultural data to understand trends and uncover insights. The analyst will build reports, monitor performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Strategy, Creative, Account, and Social teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and connecting it to the broader context of audience behavior, campaign impact, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, measurement, research, social intelligence or a related discipline, ideally within an agency or similarly client-facing marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to move beyond what happened to understand why it happened, what it means and what we should do next.
  • Experience structuring and analyzing quantitative data and an ability to spot patterns and inconsistencies.
  • Hands-on experience in social listening, social/content analytics, creator measurement and audience intelligence.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting data structured in a usable way.
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills and an ability to clearly paint a picture of what you’re seeing.
  • An interest in brands, advertising, social media, culture and creative work.
  • Experience with relevant tools such as Tubular, Meltwater, GWI, native social analytics platforms or comparable solutions, and the ability to explain which tools you’ve used and what they’re useful for.
  • A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to work with disciplines beyond analytics.
  • A willingness to ask questions, dig deeper and learn from more experienced analysts and strategists.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building dashboards and working with Claude Code/Python, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Establish measurement frameworks that help orient us towards business and marketing success
  • Own measurement and reporting across client accounts and campaigns.
  • Pull, organize and analyze data from social platforms, creator programs, audience intelligence and listening tools, alongside other relevant sources.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and recurring performance analyses that make information clear and useful.
  • Monitor campaign, social and content performance and identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate consistently with broader team to help create insight into the work and our marketing challenges.
  • Turn analysis into clear takeaways and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Use social listening, sentiment and audience intelligence to understand cultural conversations, audience behavior, affinities and competitive overlap.
  • Analyze creator and creator-program performance and surface learnings that can inform content, partnerships and future work.
  • Partner with Strategy and Creative to connect what we’re learning to briefs, ideas, testing, optimization, amplification and future decisions.
  • Present analyses, findings and recommendations in client conversations, clearly explaining what the data tells us and why it matters.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across data sources, reporting and deliverables.
  • Stay curious about new platforms, tools and approaches that can make analysis smarter and more efficient.
  • Use tools such as Tubular, Meltwater, GWI and native social analytics platforms, or comparable tools, to conduct analysis and uncover insights.
