About The Position
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and business acumen to identify, interpret, and communicate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires expertise in data sourcing, quality management, and visualization to support cross-functional business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations while ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational goals. Your contributions will enhance data-driven solutions, promote continuous improvement, and support the effective use of business intelligence tools within a dynamic environment. The IROCC Health & Wellness Analytics team delivers advanced analytics and scalable data solutions to support Investigations, Legal, and Compliance functions. Collaborating closely with business and engineering partners, the team addresses complex challenges by transforming data into actionable insights. Their work enhances risk management, supports investigative efforts, and enables informed decision-making across the organization. By leveraging expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools, the team drives meaningful impact and fosters data-driven strategies that strengthen operational compliance and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL, R, Python, and statistical techniques to identify patterns and insights.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Python libraries to communicate complex data effectively.
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance analytics workflows, including the design and deployment of AI agents or autonomous systems for data-driven decision-making and process automation.
- Proven ability to manage data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and big data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

- Related industry experience (for example, retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce)
- Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau)
