About The Position

XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems. We are focused on research and energy development, contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. As part of this expansion in the U.S., we are seeking a Data Analyst to lead field performance analysis and failure intelligence across deployed climate systems. Reporting to the Service Operations Excellence Manager in Mesa, AZ, this role turns fragmented field data, service reports, and system logs into structured insights that improve product reliability, reduce field failures, and strengthen the feedback loop here at XNRGY.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in data analysis, reliability analytics, or industrial/operations environments
  • Proven experience working with incomplete, inconsistent, or unstructured datasets in field, manufacturing, or operational settings
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, SQL, and/or Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
  • Experience with project /task tracking systems in a manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment; Jira preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, structured insights for both engineering and operational teams

Responsibilities

  • Analyze field performance data from HVAC systems, including alarms, sensor logs, control system outputs, and service reports to identify failure patterns and anomalies
  • Support root cause analysis by distinguishing between product defects, installation errors, configuration issues, and environmental or operational factors
  • Structure and standardize unstructured field data into usable formats for engineering, quality, and reliability analysis
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track system performance, recurring failures, and site-level reliability trends
  • Collaborate with service technicians, commissioning teams, and engineers to translate field observations into actionable insights and engineering feedback
  • Identify recurring failure modes and contribute to improvements in documentation, troubleshooting guides, and field data collection processes
