The Data Analyst serves as the Court's subject matter expert in data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement. This position participates in all phases of data collection to include data entry, data management, data cleaning, data training, SQL queries, Data Visualization tools, reporting, statistical analysis, and program evaluation in support of the Court's grant renewals, public records’ requests, operational, administrative, and strategic objectives. The Data Analyst designs and develops complex SQL queries, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to transform raw data into meaningful information that supports informed decision-making. This position works extensively with the Juvenile Court's case management system and related databases to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting. The position collaborates with Court leadership, judges, magistrates, directors, managers, and staff to identify reporting needs, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), improve data quality, establish reporting standards, and communicate findings through clear visualizations and presentations. The Data Analyst also provides technical assistance and training related to data entry standards, reporting procedures, and system enhancements to improve data integrity throughout the organization. “In this position, you are an At-Will Employee serving at the pleasure of the Administrative Judge.”
