About The Position

This role focuses on transforming business questions into actionable insights by partnering with sales, operations, and leadership. The Data Analyst will be responsible for pulling, cleaning, and validating data from various systems to ensure accurate reporting. They will also build and maintain dashboards and reports to aid team performance tracking and decision-making, automate data processes, and support ad hoc requests. Continuous improvement of data quality, reporting, and analytics processes is a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 2+ years of experience working with data in a business environment
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or similar is a plus
• Experience building dashboards or reports (Power BI preferred)
• Ability to take messy, real-world data and turn it into clear insights
• Strong communication skills—you can explain the “so what” to the business

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar tools
• Understanding of data modeling, automation, or basic statistical analysis
• Someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and always looking for a better way to do things

Responsibilities
