You will collect, organize, and interpret data from our medical operations, identify trends, and present findings that help leadership improve patient outcomes and business performance — all from the comfort of your home. Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to present data to non-technical audiences
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
