Requirements

BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field.
4-8 years experience preferred
Client facing experience preferred
Advance Excel (including Macros)
Intermediate to Advance SQL
Intermediate to Advance Tableau
Patient/Hub Service, Rare Disease Patient Analytics, Provider Analytics
Call Center Data
Data feeds (Data Aggregators)
Experience with Databricks is a plus
Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 7:00pm CST.
You will work remotely, full-time.
It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet.
We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job.
You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet.
Internet requirements include the following: Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location. Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, Cellular connections are NOT acceptable.

Responsibilities

Works with the business team to understand business rules, data flow and appropriately create reporting and analytics for the program.
Works with complex datasets to perform exploratory data analysis to provide insights to make business decisions.
This role combines consultative and technology focus to Data Analytics.
The individual should be skilled in bridging gap between technology and operations.
We require a motivated person who is interested in performing exploratory data analysis with complex datasets with minimal direction.
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
