About The Position
JBC Business card & Construction Support is seeking a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in USA. We are a unique organisation dedicated to providing high-quality business card services and robust construction support solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and eager to uncover trends and insights that will drive our business forward. You will play a crucial role in optimising our processes and strategies across both sides of our business by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to organise, analyse, and disseminate information with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at writing queries, generating reports, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within the construction or business services sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources, including sales figures, project management systems, and client feedback.
- Analyse results using statistical techniques to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to communicate findings clearly to management and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with leadership to understand and prioritise business information needs.
- Monitor and audit data quality, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our organisational data.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
