Requirements

  • Must have advance mainframe experience.
  • 4+ years of Experience in US Healthcare Business Analyst position experience.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for issues.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
  • Strong US healthcare domain knowledge is required good experience in Claims, Member, Provider.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that source files are received and processed.
  • Maintain the source data schedule.
  • Research source data issues and trigger the resolution action.
  • Complete all reporting and data load functions for assigned systems.
  • Submit mainframe applications and make sure it completes the run without abend.
  • Ensures Loads meet client requirements through detailed review and analysis.
  • Communicates with clients, developers, and other team members.
  • Tests development efforts and assists clients in user acceptance testing.
  • Creates and maintains a project plan, documents meeting notes and distributes to team.
  • Provides regular status reports to clients, developers, and management as needed.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior Analysts on the team as needed.
