We also have comprehensive leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities.  SummaryGainwell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Professional, Data Analyst who functions as the liaison between the developer, product manager, B2B/EDI and internal/external clients. Will be responsible for monitoring intake of source data files, ensuring delivery to Enterprise Repositories, along with content evaluations.Your role in our mission Ensure that source files are received and processed. Maintain the source data schedule. Research source data issues and trigger the resolution action. Complete all reporting and data load functions for assigned systems. Ensures Loads meet client requirements through detailed review and analysis. Communicates with clients, developers, and other team members. Tests development efforts and assists clients in user acceptance testing. Creates and maintains a project plan, documents meeting notes and distributes to team. Provides regular status reports to clients, developers, and management as needed. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior Analysts on the team as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Experience in US Healthcare Business Analyst position experience.
  • 4+ more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
  • Strong US healthcare domain knowledge is required good experience in Claims, Member, Provider.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with TSO, File-Aid, and reviewing Flat files.
  • Ability to identify Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for issues.
