About The Position
What You'll Do Become the go-to expert on LesBaird Consulting LLC's RMA process—master it, own it, and keep it running smoothly so our customers get the support they deserve Create Install Bases like a pro following order fulfillment, bringing precision and accuracy to every single entry Keep Install Base data fresh and accurate by reviewing customer reports and validating information with a keen eye for detail Champion standardized processes across LesBaird Consulting LLC's Service Supply Chain—from RMA Management to Inventory, Depot Operations, and Repair Operations—making sure everyone's on the same page Partner with internal teams to dream up and roll out process improvements that boost efficiency, make operations repeatable, and scale our critical reporting functions to new heights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Master and manage LesBaird Consulting LLC's RMA process.
- Create accurate Install Bases following order fulfillment.
- Maintain Install Base data by reviewing customer reports.
