As the data analyst for aircraft that are currently off the ground (in-service) you will be part of the customer services organization, within the In-Service Engineering (ISE) team, supporting structural repairs and fleet performance. This team leverages engineering and operational data to identify trends, improve repair strategies, and enhance aircraft availability across the global fleet. Your role as a Data Analyst will be to extract, analyze, and visualize data related to repairs, recurrence, and spare parts usage, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of in-service support activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Google Suite (google sheet, data studio etc.) or equivalent
  • Aerospace (nice to have)
  • Bilingual (French is a nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze data from multiple engineering and maintenance databases (repairs, damages, fleet performance, spare parts usage)
  • Identify recurring repairs, trends, and patterns affecting aircraft structures
  • Analyze repair recurrence and reliability issues to support engineering improvements and reduce operational disruptions
  • Monitor and assess spare parts consumption and usage trends to support supply chain and maintenance optimization
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Google Suites/Data suite or equivalent to Power BI)
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define data needs
  • Support in-service support strategies with data-driven recommendations
  • Ensure data quality and consistency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
