About The Position

We are currently seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our team as a DATA ANALYST. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who thrives on retrieving, gathering, and organizing data to reach meaningful conclusions that can help improve our company. A majority of the work will be designing and creating reports, including data visualizations, focusing on new trends and areas within which our company can improve.

Requirements

Be proficient in business intelligence and analytics tools
Have strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
Capable of both collaborating with others and working independently
Strong business acumen and professional communication skills
To have or be pursuing a degree in computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, management, accounting or in a related field

Nice To Haves

Experience in SQL HIGHLY PREFERRED
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in SQL and/or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Gaining a good understanding of the insurance industry
Analyzing sales, marketing, and operational data to help our company gain business insights
Research, collaborate, and design reports to meet the needs of our customer
Interacting with sales managers located all across the nation
