You will embrace AI-forward techniques and leverage applications like Pendo, Qualtrics, and other data sources to uncover patterns, validate hypotheses, and connect quantitative and qualitative insights. Your work will help teams better understand user behavior and measure experience success. Candidates must be collaborative, self-starters, and strong communicators, with the ability to design VOC data constructs and translate data into clear, impactful insights.
