Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a regulated, fast-paced financial environment.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data, trading activity, and market behavior.
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
• Basic proficiency in data tools such as Excel; familiarity with data querying or analysis is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or coursework related to securities markets, financial regulation, or compliance.
• Exposure to data tools or query languages used in analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-trade options surveillance and support surveillance reviews across targeted products and order types.
• Monitor real-time trading activity and review account transactions to support market integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with identifying unusual trading patterns and responding to market participant inquiries under the guidance of your team.
• Learn how to extract and analyze trading data to support regulatory referrals and help optimize surveillance parameters.
