[Mid Level] Data Analyst - Supply Chain Warehouse Reporting & Analytics (17536-1)
About The Position
The Data Analyst - Supply Chain Warehouse Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for all points of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. This role involves developing and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics. The analyst will provide critical analysis of costs associated with logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations, support improvement opportunities, and monitor discrepancies throughout the organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to validate data and gain operational insights is also a key aspect of this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments
- High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) required
- Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong data mining skills and experience extracting & manipulating data from multiple sources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
- Results driven; ability to handle multiple projects and work independently without supervision
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
