About The Position
This role focuses on building and managing AI solutions and agents, leveraging platforms like Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise. The Data Analyst Senior will be responsible for analyzing business needs, developing prototypes and production-ready AI applications, managing project portfolios, and driving the adoption of AI solutions across business teams. The position requires a strong understanding of complex business processes, technical solution design, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solutions analysis, business systems analysis, delivery management, or consulting roles
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms: Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows
- Experience building AI solutions, agents, prototypes, and production-ready applications
- Portfolio and delivery management experience, including task tracking, timelines, and dependencies
- Ability to develop business and technical documentation, presentations, and dependency plans
- Strong understanding of complex business processes and technical solution design
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at both strategic and detailed levels
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Ability to drive adoption and change management initiatives

Responsibilities
- Build AI solutions and agents using Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise
- Develop prototypes and production-ready AI solutions to demonstrate business value
- Analyze business needs and identify appropriate AI-driven solutions
- Understand business operations, processes, and technical requirements across functions
- Manage project portfolios, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across Enterprise AI initiatives
- Create detailed dependency plans and high-level project tracking as required
- Produce project deliverables, including prototypes, documents, and presentation materials
- Drive adoption of AI solutions across business teams
- Measure solution effectiveness and communicate results and recommendations
- Contribute to enterprise AI standards, reusable frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives
- Support and collaborate on broader Enterprise AI team projects and objectives
