About The Position

Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a Data Analyst, Senior. This role involves directing and performing logical data modeling, identifying patterns in data, and designing, analyzing, and documenting the enterprise data warehouse and its supporting ETL processes. The team member will actively participate in Data Governance initiatives to support the Enterprise Data Strategy across operational and analytical database environments. This position will work closely with the Data Analyst Lead to support the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

Analyze and mine business data to identify patterns and correlations among various data points.
Map and trace data within the enterprise data framework to solve business or system problems.
Design and create data marts to support business intelligence tools and provide data to end users for business decisions.
Perform statistical analysis of enterprise data, extracting and manipulating data for useful presentations.
Identify and explore opportunities to enhance enterprise analytical databases using experience and knowledge of emerging methodologies.
Create and document logical data integration (ETL) strategies for data flows between source/target systems and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Perform in-depth data analysis, data modeling, and data administration tasks on complicated datasets with potentially complex data integration scenarios with limited supervision.
Establish, maintain, adhere to, and enforce Enterprise Data modeling and Data Integration standards.
Support innovations by keeping technical and professional business knowledge current on emerging technology and Data Trends relevant to enterprise needs, and accurately articulate benefits and goals of these technologies.
