USDI Analytics is responsible for delivering insights that help Vanguard improve client outcomes and drive strategic business decisions across the U.S. Direct Investor business. As part of this mission, the team partners closely with the Client Experience Transformation Office (CXTO) to advance Vanguard's enterprise client experience strategy, measurement framework, and transformation efforts. The team works at the intersection of client experience, business performance, and advanced analytics, helping leaders understand which experiences matter most, where friction exists, and how improvements can drive meaningful outcomes such as retention, loyalty, growth, and operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Senior Analyst to join USDI Analytics in support of the Client Experience Transformation Office (CXTO). This role will be responsible for delivering strategic analyses that influence enterprise decision-making, shape client experience investments, and inform leadership priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and consultative problem-solving. They are comfortable working with ambiguity, translating complex data into actionable recommendations, and partnering with senior stakeholders to solve high-impact business challenges. Rather than focusing solely on reporting, this role is expected to uncover insights, identify root causes, evaluate business impact, and help leaders make better decisions through data.
