A Data Analyst leverages technical abilities to synthesize complex analytical tasks into easily understood data-driven stories. Responsible for working collaboratively among other talented analysts to apply established and create new analytical processes on diverse datasets to deduce insights and solve real-world business problems. Also, ensures that all reporting and analytical responsibilities are completed competently in a timely manner, continually seeks out opportunities to learn new and hone existing technical skills (e.g. writing SQL/code, statistics, machine learning, etc.). Operates with limited supervision and mentorship of more experienced managers and senior analysts. This position will serve as one of multiple analysts on the Rental Data Analytics team, which drives analytics and reporting to support key business decisions across the Rental organization. The position will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining scalable data models to drive revenue growth and optimize operational expenses across Rental • Creating and maintaining advanced SQL queries that power dashboards • Creating front end dashboards in tools like Tableau • Supporting Ad hoc analytics requests The right candidate for this role will be curious, become an expert on Rental data, be a quick learner who can understand the business and dig deeply into specific experiences, and have strong logic and attention to detail. They will also have experience with SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to effectively leverage AI tools.
