As an Ops and Purchasing Analyst, you will be on the front lines, helping us leverage new and existing technology to make our operations and purchasing systems more efficient and accurate. You will be responsible for ensuring that product is strategically purchased in alignment with our inventory needs and sales projections, all while maintaining minimal out-of-stock products.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate with a passion for process and an analytical mind.
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally with managers, customers, and vendors.
- Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently, think independently, and take action with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum one year previous work experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement rigorous processes to ensure optimal product inventory levels are achieved and maintained, working closely with Operations and Sales Departments.
- Analyze past sales and product pickups to forecast and determine appropriate inventory levels.
- Manage your own product portfolio, track stocked inventory, and oversee inventory transfers between states and multi-warehouse locations.
- Coordinate regular cross-departmental meetings to align on inventory levels, purchasing activities, and promotions.
- Resolve vendor inquiries and supplier issues for your portfolio.
