About The Position

This role involves collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support business, operational, and reporting needs. The Data Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and related Microsoft Power Platform tools. They will also build and support Power Apps solutions to streamline workflows, improve data capture, and enhance user experience, and automate recurring processes and data-driven workflows using Power Automate and other low-code tools. The position requires partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics, and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring data quality, identifying trends, and providing insights that support decision-making and operational improvement, as well as documenting data processes, report logic, and application functionality. The role involves working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analytics solutions.

Requirements

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
Minimum ONE (1) year of experience working as a data analyst, business analyst, or in a similar role supporting reporting and analytics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with data in Excel, SharePoint, SQL, or other relational data sources.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting defense, security, or government-related environments.
Knowledge of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, or SQL querying.
Experience integrating data from multiple systems into dashboards or applications.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development practices.
Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Power Platform or Microsoft certifications.
Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly.
Ability to gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver user-focused solutions.
