Join our Omni-Channel Marketing team as a Data Analyst and help turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger performance, and better experiences for our guests and teams. As a Data Analyst, you will partner closely with business partners, leaders, team members, and the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence team to deliver meaningful insights and analysis that support business decision-making. This role will contribute to customer, marketing, and operational analytics initiatives through reporting, data analysis, visualization, and performance measurement. The analyst will communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least three years of related work experience.
  • Data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python/PySpark, and Power BI (DAX/M). Ability to work with large datasets to support customer, marketing, and business analytics use cases.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and statistical skills to tackle complex challenges around data analysis and business intelligence delivery.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and techniques to deliver diagnostic and descriptive analytic use cases.
  • Ability to work with various and disparate data sources as well as data storage technologies to create analytical ready datasets.
  • Ability to collaborate between team members & business partners to deliver compelling insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • No/Low code data wrangling platforms. Examples include Power BI M Query/Dataflows or Databricks Workflows.
  • Business Intelligence platforms. Examples include: PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data analytic cloud platforms, databases, and surrounding ecosystems (Azure or Databricks Preferred).
  • Source Control & Documentation Tools. Examples include GitHub, Teams, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Consults and collaborates with multiple business partners to deliver analytical solutions that support customer engagement, marketing performance measurement, and broader business objectives. Examples include reporting, dashboards, campaign performance analysis, audience analytics, and data visualizations.
  • Performs descriptive and diagnostic analysis using various analytical techniques to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable insights. Supports reoccurring and ad hoc analytics related to customer behavior, marketing campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and business operations.
  • Summarizes findings, develops presentations and reporting assets, and communicates insights to stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Contributes to advancing data analytic literacy, governance, and data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Community of Excellence and Community of Analysts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
