Raytheon is hiring a Logistics - Analyst that will be responsible for the daily management of Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution Operations across the city. Tasks to be performed will entail support of receipt of material, communicating with Programs, Security, Supplies, Customers, production/depot planners, and factory operations. Engage appropriate stakeholders to create material distribution improvement opportunities, drive solutions, along with the ability to resolve conflict within a matrix organization. The candidate must think independently and communicate effectively while working closely with other disciplines.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, Logistics, or Operations.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with large, complex teams.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding performance metrics and experience with developing and implementing root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
  • Experience with MRP/SAP systems and related tools.
  • Experience in warehouse and material handling operations, including hazardous materials handling and associated safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance for fleet assets through data management across multiple sites
  • Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance (PM) for a fleet of 50+ assets on a biannual schedule, while simultaneously overseeing repair scheduling and execution for 2–4 vehicles in service at any given time.
  • Maintain full DOT compliance by diligently tracking weekly Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) and driver logs, ensuring all reports are collected, reviewed, and retained per regulatory requirements, and addressing any discrepancies or missing documentation across all facets of DOT regulations.
  • Integrate logistics and fleet data into centralized analytics systems
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for logistics personnel.
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and system usage while maintaining training records and validating workforce readiness.
  • Partner with systems administration teams to support, maintain, and optimize logistics-related systems.
  • Assist with system access, troubleshooting, data integrity, and implementation of system enhancements
  • Aggregate, cleanse, and validate data from Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, and fleet telematics platforms
  • Support material management from receipt through final stock placement, including locating and resolving issues related to lost, misplaced, misrouted assets or unreceivable records.
  • Resolve PRISM related issues involving receiving and warehousing functions
  • Identify and implement improvements in warehouse layout and material distribution flow to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hazardous material classifications and ensure proper handling in compliance with all DOT Regulations, OSHA Standards, and RTX Safety Guidelines.
  • Coordinate cycle counts and support other inventory accuracy procedures to achieve and maintain 100% material accountability.
  • Support and resolve medium to complex challenges related to Procurements efforts, and warehouse operations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of Internal Stakeholders as well as External Stakeholders, including but not limited to supplier, vendors, and customers.
  • Routinely analyze performance metrics to assist in driving continuous improvement.
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into the organization.
  • Execute program priories relating to Receiving Dock, Warehouse, and Distribution.
  • Facilitate coordination of Material Distribution moves and requests.
  • Maintain concise and well-coordinated receiving records complying with all document retention requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements including but not limited to CFR, DFAR, FAR, ITAR, DoD, OSHA, and DSS.
