About The Position

The contractor will provide data analysis and management for various COVID Data Dashboard and distribution of COVID data to external entities and the public. The contractor will also perform data management and analytic tasks including researching and documenting technical designs, programming solutions, writing and executing unit test plans, researching, resolving, and testing defects, customer technical support, and close collaboration with other team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution.
6 years of experience with development in medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented.
6 years of experience with data analytics including processing, reporting, transformation, visualization.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be willing to work onsite.

Nice To Haves

6 years of experience with Python based data analytics projects.
6 years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc) containing large amounts of data (greater than 10 million rows).
6 years of experience with developing and maintaining data processing and ETL pipelines.
6 years of experience with developing cloud native and hybrid applications using serverless platforms.
6 years of experience in designing and implementing data visualizations with large datasets (1 million+ records) on analytics platforms such as Tableau.
6 years' experience with creating and developing documentation: business requirements, business and system process flows, swim lane diagrams, use cases, user interface mockups, user documentation, and technical specifications.
6 years' experience with Visio, Balsamiq, and/or other tools for creating and maintaining process flows and wireframes.
