Data Analyst Intern

You’ll play a hands-on role supporting data collection, business intelligence, and performance analysis, all while gaining meaningful, real-world experience with a fun and fast-moving brand. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
Requirements
- A student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional teams
- Passion for gifting, brand, e-commerce, or consumer products
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze sales trends, competitor performance, and customer insights
- Write data requirement documents, user analytics stories, and reporting spec sheets
- Assist in prioritizing metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Work through sprint cycles: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor website metrics and prepare performance reports
- Support product launches and post-launch evaluation
- Help define data vision & performance roadmaps in collaboration with our e-commerce, marketing, and operations teams
