Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisions in gaming. Partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. Deliver clear and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders through reporting and data visualization. Support experimentation efforts (e.g., A/B testing) and evaluate performance of features, campaigns, and product changes. Maintain data quality, documentation, and contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a M.S. or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, time series analysis, A/B testing, etc.).
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis to support business insights.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and execution skills with a solid understanding of business needs.
  • Passionate about games and the gaming industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
