Adobe Population Health is seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to be a Data Analyst Intern. As the Data Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to gain experience in analyzing healthcare data and provide meaningful insights. This position will work closely with our data analytics to team to support various projects directed at improving patient outcomes, optimizing healthcare processes, and enhancing overall efficiency. In this role, you will have opportunity to see the accurate and timely importation of data sets given to APH by external contracted entities, as well as the production and secure delivery of data back to those same external contracted entities. This newly created, temporary position that will report to the Data Manager and will operate in a fully remote capacity.

Requirements

  • Years of college education, pursuing a degree in Data, IT, or a related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in Data Analytics or IT.
  • Proficiency in Excel, the Junior Analyst will need to show proficiency in data scrubbing, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • An understanding of the Salesforce platform, objects, relationships, reporting, and dashboarding.
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of staff including directly with C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to learn new skills on the job initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Provide expertise to stakeholders to ensure data that is presented or actionable is as accurate as possible.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
  • Salesforce certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Import data from external entities including but not limited to eligibility lists, gap measures, and claims data.
  • Develop reports and analyses in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Provide expertise to stakeholders to ensure data that is presented or actionable is as accurate as possible.
  • Other duties as assigned.
