About The Position

itD is seeking a Data Analyst III to deliver data-driven insights and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making for Meta's Global Partnerships & Content organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SQL, dashboard development, business analytics, and stakeholder communication, with a proven track record of transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience defining KPIs, creating metrics, and delivering recurring analytical reports.
Experience designing and maintaining dashboards using modern BI and reporting tools.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Develop subject matter expertise in key partner ecosystem metrics across Meta's Family of Apps.
Write advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that enable self-service analytics and improve decision-making.
Deliver recurring analytical reports, performance metrics, and executive-ready presentations for business stakeholders.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Partner closely with Strategy, Data Engineering, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
Define business metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve operational performance and business outcomes.
Manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and meeting project deadlines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, reporting enhancements, and process optimization.
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
