About The Position

The Supplier Consulting Analyst III provides analytical support for healthcare supply chain consulting engagements, including customer onboarding, business process optimization, and solution adoption initiatives. The role works with consulting and cross-functional teams to analyze customer and transactional data, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support business strategies and operational efficiency. The position develops and maintains reporting on onboarding, transaction acceptance, adoption, utilization, and exceptions; prepares project summaries and presentations; supports data reconciliation for implementations and business transitions; and communicates findings to internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, customers. It also contributes to standardized reporting and more efficient analytical methods. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, or a related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
Experience analyzing large or complex data sets and identifying actionable insights.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

2–3 years of experience within the healthcare industry.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups, including healthcare providers, suppliers, distributors, and group purchasing organizations.
Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models and their application in business operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile customer account data across systems, identifying duplicates, unmatched records, and data quality issues.
Analyze purchasing activity, transaction volumes, and customer connectivity to support onboarding plans and prioritization.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards measuring customer onboarding, transaction acceptance, adoption, utilization, and exceptions.
Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and other project deliverables for multiple concurrent engagements.
Collaborate with internal teams to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues.
Support data analysis and reconciliation for system implementations, integrations, migrations, and business transitions.
Analyze customer contact and outreach data, including registration progress and communication results.
Communicate analytical findings to internal stakeholders and present results to customers when appropriate.
Standardize reporting templates, document analytical methods, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
