itD is seeking a Data Analyst III to build and scale data infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making across marketing and analytics teams. This role will play a critical part in designing robust data pipelines, automating reporting, and ensuring data accuracy to support large-scale marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in SQL, ETL development, and data pipeline architecture, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable data infrastructure, automated reporting systems, and actionable insights from large datasets. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL across large-scale databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, Hive, or similar)
  • Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines and data processing workflows
  • Experience working with large datasets (millions of rows) in distributed data environments
  • Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and processing
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment
  • Proven ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver end-to-end data solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in large-scale or big tech environments
  • Background combining data engineering and data analysis responsibilities
  • Experience supporting marketing analytics or growth teams
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and self-direct projects with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support large-scale marketing and analytics initiatives
  • Develop and optimize ETL processes to ingest, transform, and process high-volume datasets from multiple sources
  • Write complex, high-performance SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support business decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, program management, and analytics to define data requirements
  • Identify and resolve data quality, integrity, and consistency issues across systems and reporting layers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions and actionable insights
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
