About The Position

Garner is seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst III to join their Reporting team. This team delivers insightful, high-quality analysis to clients on their healthcare use and engagement with the Garner product. The role supports both automated reports and custom analysis for specific client situations. The Data Analyst III will partner with externally-facing relationship managers to address client questions through analysis. This role requires a deep understanding and improvement of existing automated reports, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and client impact.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions.
Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
A track record of using data analysis to communicate business solutions.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale.
Experience with dbt strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own client-facing analysis end-to-end.
Build, maintain, and produce key reports for clients across Garner's data ecosystem, from scoping to delivery.
Act as a thought partner to client-facing teams, answering questions via analytically robust reports and presentations.
Build scalable report automation in collaboration with the data engineering team.
Develop deep domain expertise to independently drive meaningful insights.
Identify and address reporting gaps between client needs and existing reports.
Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication.
Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex business problems for strategic decision-making.
