ITA is seeking a driven Data Analyst II to support our analytics initiatives. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions. This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award, expected Spring 2026.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).
  • Experience with data manipulation and transformation processes.
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and analysis.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Background in working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing
  • Familiarity with AGILE development
  • Understanding of industry-specific metrics and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and collect key performance data from various data sources.
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends and assess program effectiveness.
  • Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Standardize data sets and structures for ease of access and manipulation.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance data collection processes and analysis methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support data-driven decision-making.
