You will work across functions with the Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT organizations, playing a leadership role in transforming Cisco by developing and implementing analytic models and intelligent automation to drive us toward a data-driven digital organization. Digital Lifecycle Journey’s (DLJ) digital expertise makes us uniquely qualified to address the evolving expectations of today’s connected customers and partners, along with Cisco sellers. Using real-time connected data, machine learning, and automation; the team enables Cisco sellers and partners to deliver a powerful, personalized experience—throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Digital Lifecycle Journey is focused on providing customers with an immersive digital experience with Cisco. This in turn drives improvements in recurring revenue, cost savings and sales effectiveness for Cisco and its partners. You are a data-savvy analyst with a solid grasp of statistics and a talent for transforming complex data sets into clear visual narratives. You excel at meticulous data cleaning and analysis with an ability to communicate insights effectively to partners. With a solid understanding of business context, you're detail orientated and a problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments. You collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams. You're committed to continuous learning, with insights of the latest trends and tools in data analytics to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College with 0 years of relevant experience) or currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Relevant fields include: Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related program or other academic certification.
Python, Python libraries, and R with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization
Strong mathematical skills
Able to legally live and work in the country for which you are applying, without visa support or sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Experience with big-data platforms (Hadoop, Spark)
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++
Exposure to Machine Learning
Knowledge of Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sophisticated data sets using statistical technique and provide ongoing reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand the different persona specific-use cases, the related business insight, consolidate use cases across persona and drive a common approach towards solving multiple use cases.
Partner and lead multi-functional teams to realize data relationships through proper threading.
Define data privacy and protection processes required and implement systems and workflows that reinforce security.
Assess the efficiency and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
Data Analysts are passionate about turning complex data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
