Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience
• Associate degree (Engineering or Business)
• Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business field of study.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication, documentation, interview, and active listening skills.
• Experience with data manipulation, dashboards or visualizing trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet data across systems to identify gaps, improve performance, and standardize reporting
• Support data-driven decisions on equipment purchases and lifecycle management
• Lead telematics system adoption and promote best practices across operations
• Develop dashboards and tools that provide clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with teams to deliver training, communication, and reporting support
